Q: Are military or law enforcement discounts available?

A: Yes, with proof of service. Please contact us.


Q: Does Adept ship internationally?

A: Yes. Adept has a European office that can take care of shipments to EU countries and to the UK. Please contact us if you are interested in placing an order. Note that export paperwork will be required, and all relevant international and ITAR regulations will apply. Canadian and South American orders are also welcome, though lead times might be very long on account of the lengthy export process.
Note: We cannot ship to the US state of Connecticut unless the buyer is active military or law enforcemnet, and provides credentials.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: The lead times on the individual product pages are generally highly accurate — and, if you order multiple items with different lead times, we will generally break your order into multiple shipments, so as to get your items over to you as quickly as possible. We are hard at work on bringing lead times down to zero.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. But if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will endeavor to make things right.
