This policy is applicable to domestic US orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

In the USA, we calculate shipping costs at a flat rate of $8.00 per item, per order. This is because most items are at least several pounds and are rather large.
TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM CST. Domestic order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), not exclusive of the lead time indicated on individual product pages.
We may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to deliver the product. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know, at email@example.com
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us as soon as practicable to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it as it is delivered to you.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service, and we will strive to rectify the situation.
